Strategies for Enhancing Customer Experience at Shell Fuel Stations

NASM and Shell are joining forces to help our members navigate the upcoming changes to the Mystery Motorist Program.

In pursuit of enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty at Shell stations nationwide, a refresh of the Mystery Motorist Program (MMP) is being implemented in 2024. The program’s key changes will include a new approach to Site Essentials, changes to curable questions, and revised requirements for passing MMP shops. These changes will be effective with P1 shops beginning on January 2nd, 2024.

On February 19th, join this exclusive member-only call to learn more about the program updates and participate in a Q&A session.
