The conference registration fee includes the cost of attendance at all general and concurrent sessions, exhibits, social functions, and planned meals.
You may purchase a registration for your guests which includes meals and receptions only. Guest registrants may not visit the exhibits or attend conference sessions.
Cancelation Policy
Written notice of cancelation must be received no later than in order to receive a refund. There will be no refunds for cancelations received after this date. All refunds will be processed after the conference. If an attendee must cancel for an illness or emergency after the cut-off date, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The National Association of Shell Marketers invites you to share your expertise at our 2025 Conference & Industry Summit! Join leaders across the fuel industry to explore trends, challenges, and innovations. We’re seeking dynamic speakers to deliver engaging presentations for our audience of Shell-branded wholesale marketers.

Proposals will be reviewed by NASM staff and the NASM Board of Directors’ leadership team. If multiple submissions cover similar topics, a panel of speakers may be formed to offer diverse perspectives.

Presentation Topics
We welcome innovative and thought-provoking submissions on topics including, but not limited to:
- The future of the fuel industry
- Innovations in technology, marketing, or customer experience at c-stores
- Economic trends and their impact on the fuel industry
- Legislative and public policy trends
Presentations may include case studies, research, best practices, policy analysis, and future outlooks.
Submission Guidelines
Submit an abstract of no more than 50 words summarizing your proposal.
Include a brief professional biography showcasing your experience and qualifications related to the topic.
Indicate your preferred presentation format (e.g., workshop, panel discussion, keynote, etc.).
Presentations should be 45-60 minutes long, including time for Q&A.
Submissions and presentations must be in English.
NASM’s Non-Commercial Policy
NASM prioritizes educational content. Sessions should focus on providing value to attendees, with only a brief mention of company and contact information at the conclusion.
